Stripe Payment Integration

Work 365 has integration with Stripe for payment management.

How to set up a Stripe Payment Processor?

  • Navigate to Work 365 > Payment Processors and click on ‘+New’ to create a new Stripe Payment Processor which is the engine that processes the payments.
  • Fill in the Name, lookup the Type and select Stripe and then Save the record.
  • There will be a ‘Connect with Stripe’ option and the Stripe User Id will be blank, this will get populated once the consent with Stripe is complete. Hit the ‘Connect with Stripe’ button.
  • A popup window will open, select ‘Start the Consent Process’.

New Customers with Stripe:

  • If you are a new customer with Stripe, click on ‘Sign up’ at the top:
  • Tenants will have to add all the information and successfully complete the sign-up process after which the connectivity will be verified:
  • Refresh the Stripe Payment Processor page and the Stripe User Id should be populated.

For Existing Stripe Customers:

  • If you already have an account with Stripe, click on ‘Sign in with Stripe to connect’.
  • Add your email and password details. Note that an MFA prompt will be sent, accept that and complete the consent process successfully:
  • Refresh the Stripe Payment Processor page and the Stripe User Id should be populated.
