Cancellation and Refund

Our products and solutions are purchased through an Annual Subscription. All products have a trial period and we hope you will utilize the period to ensure the product and solution suit your needs.

Along with the use of the application license you receive reasonable support to ensure the application is working as intended. If the application is not working as intended we will attempt to fix the issues as bugs or future enhancements. Your purchase and maintaining an subscription entitles you to newer versions of the application.

You may cancel the subscription any time. The charges are not pro-rated however no future charges will be applied and your license will be terminated in the following billing cycle.

Refunds can only be issued within a 5-day period of the purchase.  If you have any questions or need assistance with the product, please email us at support@work365apps.com.
