Work 365 1-Click PDF solution tries to mimic the same steps which CRM executes internally when executing a report manually. Hence first step in diagnosing the error is to ensure that you are able to run the report manually (from CRM reports section). (Please note that reports having blank filters are not supported)

Getting URL parameters when running the report manually:
Step 1: Open desired report
Step 2: Press F12 to open IE Developer Tools dialog.
Step 3: Go to the “Network” tab and click “Start capturing”
Step 4: Untick Clear entries on navigating – Network
Step 5: Click “Run Report”.
Step 6: Search for URL with the format “/CRMReports/rsviewer/“
Step 7: Select the record and click “GotoDetailedView”
Step 8: Click “Go to detailed view” and select “Request body” tab
Step 9: Copy the URL present and send it to us.
Getting URL parameters when running report via 1-Click PDF:
Step 1: Open 1-Click PDF pop-up and select the desired report.
Step 2: Maximize the pop-up and press F12 to open IE developer’s tool. Go to the “Network” tab and click “Start capturing”.
Step 3: Untick Clear entries on navigating – Network
Step 4: Click “Generate”.
Step 5: Search for URL with the format “/CRMReports/rsviewer/“
Step 6: Select the record and click “GotoDetailedView”. Then click “Request body” tab
Step 7: Copy the URL present and send it to us.
