Enable tracing for “Exceptions” in plug-in trace log settings (Settings ➤ Administration ➤ System Settings: Customization tab)
Once the Attachment Manager add-on has been activated and plugin trace log enabled, you will be able to find the tracing entries. To view the logging:
- Open “Advanced Find”:
- Select “Look For”: Plug-in Trace Logs
Name Contains “Work365” (Filter By) - Click “Edit Columns”, then click “Configure Sorting”… Sort By “Modified By” Descending Order.
- Get all details of errored plugin record including Exception Details
