Enable tracing for “Exceptions” in plug-in trace log settings (Settings ➤ Administration ➤ System Settings: Customization tab)


Once the Attachment Manager add-on has been activated and plugin trace log enabled, you will be able to find the tracing entries. To view the logging:

  1. Open “Advanced Find”:
  2. Select “Look For”: Plug-in Trace Logs
    Name Contains “Work365” (Filter By)
  3. Click “Edit Columns”, then click “Configure Sorting”… Sort By “Modified By” Descending Order.
  4. Get all details of errored plugin record including Exception Details
