Cancellation and Refund

Our products and solutions are purchased through a subscription or a perpetual license agreement. All products have a trial period and we hope you will utilize the period to ensure the product and solution suit your needs.

In case of a subscription purchase, you may cancel the subscription any time. The charges are not pro-rated however no future charges will be applied and your license will be terminated in the following billing cycle.

In the case of perpetual license purchases please email support@work365apps.com with a request to refund stating the reason for the refund. Refunds can only be issued within a 15-day period of the purchase.  If you have any questions or need assistance with the product, please email us at support@work365apps.com.
