Dynamics 365 Portals are a great way to enable self-service for your customers. Work 365 leverages the power of Dynamics 365 portals to show license and usage data, customer invoices and more.
However, sometimes it becomes necessary to block a user (that was previously given access) from logging into the portal and viewing the information displayed therein.
The steps below outlines this process:
- Open the contact which you want to block access for
- Change the form to Portal Contact
- Find the “Web Authentication” section and locate the “Login Enabled” setting
- Uncheck the “Login Enabled” setting to block access to the user
